The initial offering will be limited to a maximum of 48 Equity Shares Villa Memberships in two phases.
The program will debut its first phase with an offering for equity shares at its LuxLife oceanfront villa at the ultra luxury St Regis Resort and Villas Residences in Nusa Dua, Bali, and at its stunning LuxLife pool villa at Andara Resort and Villas in Phuket, Thailand - a popular playground for some of Asia’s wealthiest tycoons.
Each Equity Shares Villa Member gets ownership plus a full VIP LuxLife membership. Phase One of the Villa Equity Shares is being offered in 1/12 equity share increments to two luxury multi-million dollar villa properties. The Equity Shares Villa Membership is priced from HK$2.9 million to HK$3.9 million, depending on the villa or villas chosen. Financing is available to qualified and approved applicants.
Other villas will be added to the Equity Shares Villa Membership Program in the second phase which will be launched later in the year.
